Lesson Program Registration

Congratulations!  You have decided to register in English equestrian riding lessons at Grey Horse Farm.  We will be thrilled to see you at the barn!  This is an online registration form.  Completion of this form means you want to register in riding lessons at Grey Horse Farm.  Please read all attached links to ensure you understand our barn, rider & horse safety policies and procedures.  You are responsible for knowing them before you enter our facilities.
