Let Us Help You Find Your Grit & Determination

Grey Horse Farm Eventing is a competitive barn.  Does that mean everyone who rides has to compete?  No.  Do we train and compete in all English equestrian disciplines?  No.  We train and compete in eventing, which happens under the Alberta Horse Trials Association within the Alberta Equestrian Federation (AEF). For those who are interested, we support and help develop you into the competitive eventing rider you want to become.  Do you have to be an expert rider and be able to jump the highest of jumps or ride at the highest levels of dressage?  No.  We will help you start at the level you are.

The Basics to Be in Our Competitive Program

  • be an active member of the Alberta Equestrian Federation (you will be required to have an AEF membership #)

  • either own or lease your horse

  • commit to both weekly dressage and jumping lessons
